From plan to your first AI helper

Once you have your plan, we pick the first job together. It’s usually the one that eats the most of your week, like order emails, client updates, or quotes. We map how you do it now, set up the AI helper, and test it on your real work before it goes live. See the different ways of working and the thinking behind them in our approach.

We work with a solo business coach with an online course whose enquiries came in through the website form, Instagram messages, and email. Some went unanswered for a week or more. Picking up where you left off

What happens month to month

From there, you’re on a fixed-price package. We keep your AI helpers running, use our time each month on what moves you forward, and on Small Team and Growing Team we meet once a month to review it. See our delivery model for how that runs in practice.
