Who we are
Plexsive is an Australian business that sets up AI helpers for small teams. In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" mean Plexsive. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website, including the AI Starter Plan, the AI check, our contact forms, and call bookings. If you have a question about it, email hello@plexsive.io.
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
- Contact details. Your name, email address, and business name, when you give them to us in a form, a booking, or your AI Starter Plan.
- Your answers. What you tell us in the AI Starter Plan and the AI check, such as your industry, your team size, and where your week goes. We save your answers as you go, so you don't lose them.
- Messages and bookings. What you write in our contact forms, and the time and notes you give when you book a call.
- Session and technical data. A session cookie and related technical details, so you can come back to your AI Starter Plan where you left off.
Please don't send us passwords, payment card details, or health information through the website. We don't need them to give you a plan.
Information about your business
To make your plan fit your business, we may look at your business's public website, including its logo, based on the domain of the email address you give us. We keep a short summary of that public content with your answers.
Voice conversations
If you choose to talk through your AI Starter Plan out loud, your audio is processed by ElevenLabs, a company that provides the voice conversation. ElevenLabs handles that audio under its own privacy policy. If you'd rather not use voice, you can type your answers instead.
How we use your information
- To build your AI Starter Plan or AI check result, and send it to you.
- To reply to your messages and run the calls you book.
- To follow up about your plan, if you've given us your email address.
- To send you the occasional email with new articles and client stories, only if you ticked the box to ask for it. Every email lets you stop them.
- To improve our website and the AI Starter Plan.
We don't sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We use other companies to run our website, our forms, our email, our call bookings, and the voice conversation. They handle your information only so they can provide that service to us. Some of these companies store information outside Australia. When that happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure they protect it in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
We may also share information when the law requires it.
Storage and security
We store your information with cloud providers, and only the people who need it to give you our services can get to it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and people who shouldn't see it. Our security page explains how we look after the data in your package.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while it's useful for giving you our services, then we delete it or remove the details that identify you. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@plexsive.io.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@plexsive.io and we'll reply as soon as we can.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your personal information, email hello@plexsive.io and tell us what happened. If you're still not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Cookies and tracking
We use a session cookie only so you can come back to your AI Starter Plan where you left off.
When you first visit, a banner asks whether we may use Google Analytics and advertising tags from Meta and LinkedIn. They help us see which pages are useful and measure our advertising. They load only if you choose Accept. If you choose Decline, none of them load. Either way, our own server records that a page was opened, with nothing stored about you. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser, and the banner will ask again.
TikTok
We connect Plexsive's own TikTok account to our content tools using TikTok Login Kit. We use this connection only to post Plexsive's own videos to that account.
When the account is connected, TikTok sends us:
- The account's display name, profile picture, and open ID (TikTok's ID for the account).
- The posting settings TikTok returns for the account: the privacy options available, whether comments, Duet, and Stitch are allowed, and the longest video it can post.
We send TikTok only videos and captions that someone at Plexsive has reviewed and chosen to post, with the settings they chose.
We store TikTok access keys (tokens) encrypted on our servers, never in your browser. We don't use TikTok data for advertising, and we don't sell or share it. We don't keep a copy of the account's display name, profile picture, or posting settings. We read them from TikTok each time they're shown. Once access is removed, the stored keys stop working, and we delete them on request.
You can remove Plexsive's access at any time in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy, then Security and permissions, then Apps and services permissions, or by emailing hello@plexsive.io.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
