What it is

It’s a guided interview you do with an AI, by voice or on screen, whichever suits you. It asks about your business, what you want to get done, and the jobs that eat your week. There’s no jargon and nothing to prepare. You talk or type, it listens, and it works out where AI could help a team your size.

What it covers

  • Where your business is heading, and what a good year looks like for you.
  • The routine jobs that take up your evenings and weekends.
  • What you’ve already tried with AI, and where it fell short.
  • The tools you already use, like your store, your inbox, or your booking system.

If you’ve done the AI check first, the plan starts from your result, so it goes further.

What you get

You come away with a plan in plain English: the job worth starting with, what an AI helper (the industry calls it an agent) would do with it, and where a person still needs to stay in the loop. Why a plan before anything else
