Get Facebook and Instagram enquiries out of Meta Business Suite and onto one list

Meta Business Suite brings your Facebook and Instagram messages into one place. But your enquiries also come in by email and your website form, so you're still checking three inboxes. Connecting your tools (the industry calls it data pipelines) gathers enquiries from all of them into one list each morning. An AI helper sorts them and drafts a first reply for each, and you decide who to follow up and how.

What you get

What we connect for you with Meta Business Suite

01

One list of enquiries

New messages from Facebook and Instagram, plus your email and website form, gathered into one list each morning.

02

Sorted by what they want

An AI helper sorts each enquiry by type, such as a course question or a coaching enquiry, using labels that make sense to you.

03

A first reply drafted

Each enquiry gets a drafted reply in your voice, ready for you or your assistant to check and send.

04

Your decisions left to you

Who to take on, what to quote, and when to book a call stay with you.

05

Looked after when things change

When Meta or your other tools change how they work, we fix the connection so enquiries keep flowing.

Enquiries come from three places, and some wait a week

People find you on Instagram, message you on Facebook, email you, and fill in the form on your website. Meta Business Suite gathers the Facebook and Instagram messages, which helps. But email and the form sit somewhere else, so you’re still checking several places. When things get busy, a few enquiries slip, and some wait a week or more for a reply.

Why Meta Business Suite on its own doesn’t do the job

Meta Business Suite is a handy home for your Facebook and Instagram pages. It puts messages from both in one inbox, shows how your posts are doing, and lets you schedule content.

What it doesn’t hold is the rest of your enquiries. Your email inbox and your website form live outside Meta. So “one inbox” is really one of three, and the job of keeping track across them falls to you.

How we connect it with Meta Business Suite

We work with a solo business coach who runs an online course on Kajabi. Enquiries arrived through the website form, Instagram messages, and email, and the coach followed them up when there was time. Some went unanswered for a week or more.

We set up an AI helper (the industry calls it an agent) that gathers new enquiries from the three channels into one list each morning, sorts them into course questions and coaching enquiries, and drafts a first reply for each. The coach now works from one list instead of three inboxes, and every enquiry gets a reply.

Not everything stuck. The first sort had a third label, “just browsing”. The coach found it unhelpful and replied to those people anyway, so we dropped it. Instagram comments, as opposed to direct messages, aren’t collected, so the part-time assistant still checks them by hand. And the coach still decides which coaching enquiries to take on and books every call personally. Read the business coach story.

When connecting Meta Business Suite is the right call, and when it isn’t

It pays off when a good share of your enquiries come through Facebook or Instagram messages, and the rest arrive by email or form. Coaches, salons, and small shops often fit.

If nearly everything comes through Instagram alone, an AI helper for Instagram may be the simpler start. And if your enquiries need a long conversation before anyone can help, a drafted first reply saves less time, and we’ll say so.

FAQs

Common questions

Doesn't Meta Business Suite already have one inbox?
It does, for Facebook and Instagram messages. It doesn't include your email or your website form, which is where many enquiries still arrive. We gather all of them into one list.
Does it pick up Instagram comments too?
Not in the setup we built for one coach. Direct messages are collected, but comments aren't, so the assistant still checks those by hand. We'll tell you up front what your setup covers.
Will the AI helper reply to people on its own?
It drafts. You or your assistant read each draft and send it. Who you take on as a client is your call, and the AI helper doesn't pretend otherwise.
Do I need a business account?
Yes. Connecting Instagram messages needs an Instagram professional account linked to your Facebook Page through Meta. We help you check this first.
What does it cost?
Every package has a fixed price, shown on the packages page. The Solo package covers one AI helper set up and kept running, two hours a month of our time, and the AI running costs, for $990 a month.
