Monthly social media reports that pull the numbers and draft the commentary

If you run a small social media agency, the monthly client report can eat days. Someone pulls the Facebook and Instagram numbers from Meta Business Suite, pastes them into slides, and writes a paragraph about what changed for every client. We set up reports that pull the numbers for you and draft the commentary, so your account lead starts from a finished draft. The strategy notes, the part your clients pay you for, are still written by a person.

What you get

What we set up for you with Meta Business Suite

01

Numbers pulled for you

Each client's Facebook and Instagram results come out of Meta Business Suite and into your report template, the same way every month.

02

Commentary drafted

An AI helper drafts a plain paragraph on what went up, what went down, and which posts did best, for your account lead to edit.

03

Your template, your branding

Reports land in the slides your clients already know, with your layout and tone kept.

04

Checks before it goes out

Odd numbers, such as a sudden drop or a missing week, get flagged for a person to look at before anything reaches a client.

05

Strategy left to you

The recommendations and next steps stay with your account lead, because that's the judgement your clients hire you for.

The end of every month disappears into client reports

Every month, your team opens Meta Business Suite for each client, pulls the reach, engagement, and follower numbers, and pastes them into a slide deck. Then someone writes a paragraph about what happened and why. With a handful of clients it’s a chore. With a full client list it’s days of work that nobody bills for, at the busiest time of the month.

Why Meta Business Suite on its own doesn’t do the job

Meta Business Suite holds the numbers. Its insights show how pages, posts, and ads performed, and you can export them. But it shows them Meta’s way, one account at a time.

Your clients want your report, in your template, with a clear note on what the numbers mean for them. Getting from Meta’s screens to that report is copying, pasting, and writing, over and over for every client. That’s the part that takes the time.

How we set it up with Meta Business Suite

We work with a four-person social media agency that built 18 monthly client reports by hand from Meta and Instagram numbers. It took two full days a month.

We set up reports that pull each client’s numbers into the agency’s Google Slides template and draft the commentary on what changed. The account lead reads each draft, fixes anything that’s off, and writes the strategy notes. Reporting now takes half a day a month. The strategy notes are still written by the account lead, because that’s where the agency’s judgement shows. Read the social media agency story.

Before we built anything, we went through one month’s reports with the team, step by step. That’s mapping how you work (the industry calls it process mapping). It showed which numbers every client gets, which ones vary, and where a person had to stop and think. The AI helper (the industry calls it an agent) only drafts the parts that follow the same pattern every month.

When this is the right call, and when it isn’t

This pays off when you report on several Facebook and Instagram accounts every month, in the same format, and someone builds those reports by hand now.

If you have two clients, a template and an hour may be all you need. And if your clients want a report that’s mostly strategy and little data, the saving is smaller, because that writing should stay with you.

FAQs

Common questions

Doesn't Meta Business Suite already have reports?
Yes. Meta Business Suite has insights that show how your pages, posts, and ads are doing. What it doesn't do is put each client's numbers into your own template and write the story of the month in your agency's voice. That's the part we set up.
Will clients notice the commentary is drafted by AI?
The draft is a starting point. Your account lead reads it, fixes anything that's off, and adds the strategy notes. The finished report is still yours.
How much time does it save?
For one four-person agency we work with, 18 monthly reports went from two full days a month to half a day. Your saving depends on how many clients you report on.
What about TikTok or LinkedIn numbers?
Meta Business Suite covers Facebook and Instagram. If you report on other platforms, we look at how to bring those numbers in too, and tell you plainly if a platform makes that hard.
What does it cost?
Every package has a fixed price, shown on the packages page. The Small Team package covers 2 AI helpers, half a day a month of our time, a monthly review call, and the AI running costs, for $1,950 a month.
