Omnichannel marketing

Omnichannel marketing means every place a customer meets you tells the same story, so your emails, Instagram, website, and shop counter all know what the others said. For a small team, that can be as plain as a salon client who books online, gets a reminder text, and then sees an offer in the next email that matches the treatment they had. We work with Still Water Day Spa, a seven-person day spa in Noosa, where follow-up messages are now drafted from each visit in Fresha and sent through Klaviyo. Their rebooking rate went from 31% to 44% over three months, and a new booking system rolled out in the same period also helped. The tools can share what a customer did, but a person still decides what the offer should be.
