Customer experience journey

The customer experience journey is the path a customer takes with your business, step by step. It starts when they first hear about you, then moves through looking, asking questions, buying or booking, using what they bought, and coming back. Drawing the journey shows where people drop off. A day spa might find that clients love their visit but leave without rebooking, because follow-up texts only happened when someone remembered. Still Water Day Spa in Noosa now sends follow-up messages drafted from each visit, and rebookings rose from 31% to 44% over three months, with a new booking system also helping. Mapping the journey points you at the step worth fixing first.
