What Wix is
Wix is a hosted website builder. You drag and drop pages into shape, and Wix runs the site. It also has its own apps for an online store, bookings, events, and email, so a small team can take orders and appointments without a separate system.
The more your site does, the more it hands back to you. Every booking question, form entry, and order still lands with a person.
How a small team uses it with AI
The most common job is answering the same questions again and again. When does the next class start? How much is a session? Do you have this in a size 10? The answers are mostly on your site already. We set up an AI helper (the industry calls it an agent) that reads each enquiry and drafts a reply from your prices, policies, and availability, with the booking link in it. You read the draft and send it.
We work with a solo brow and lash artist whose booking questions arrived in Instagram messages during appointments. An AI helper now answers price and availability questions and sends the booking link, so fewer enquiries get missed. Anything about allergies or skin goes to the artist. Read that story. The same pattern works for questions that come through a Wix site.
What we connect and build around it
- Connecting your tools (data pipelines), so Wix orders, bookings, and contacts reach your accounts, mailing list, or shared sheet.
- Better instructions (prompt optimisation), so replies use your real details and sound like you.
- A review step, so a person reads every reply before it goes.
Where Wix falls short
Wix keeps a lot inside its own apps, and some of that data is easier to reach from outside than the rest. We check what your site uses before we build. An AI helper also can’t judge a question about someone’s health, a complaint, or a special request. Those go to you every time.
