An AI plan built around the Google apps your team already uses

If your business runs on Gmail, Drive, Docs, and Sheets, most of what AI needs is already in one place. The hard part is knowing which job to start with. Your AI plan looks at where your week goes, then lists the two or three jobs worth doing first, which Google apps they touch, what each will save, and what stays with a person. You get a plan sized for a team of one to ten, so you spend on the job that pays back first.

What you get

What your plan covers

01

Where your week goes

We look at the emails, documents, and spreadsheets your team handles every week and find the jobs that repeat the most.

02

The first two or three jobs

A short list of jobs to hand to AI first, with the Google apps each one touches and what a person still checks.

03

What to leave alone

The jobs that aren't worth it yet, and why, so you don't pay to set up something that saves ten minutes a month.

04

A tidy-up list for Drive

The folders, sharing settings, and messy sheets to sort out before any AI touches them.

05

A fixed price for each step

Each step in the plan matches a package with a fixed price, so you know the cost before you start.

Your work lives in Google, and you’re not sure where AI fits

Your team sends client emails from Gmail, keeps files in Drive, writes in Docs, and tracks everything else in Sheets. Every week, someone tells you AI could save hours. But nobody says which hours, or which job to hand over first. So it stays on the someday list while the same reports, updates, and replies take up the same afternoons.

Why Google Workspace on its own doesn’t give you a plan

Google Workspace holds most of what AI needs. Your emails, files, and numbers already sit in one account. Google has also added Gemini to many plans, so AI turns up inside the apps you use.

What Workspace can’t tell you is where to point it. It doesn’t know that your Friday client updates take most of the afternoon, or that a quarterly report pulls from three different volunteer spreadsheets. A plan starts from your week, then picks the tools.

How we build your plan around Google Workspace

We start by mapping how you work (the industry calls it process mapping). We look at which emails repeat, which documents get rewritten from scratch, and which spreadsheets someone tidies by hand.

Here’s what that looks like in practice. We work with Saltbush Studio, a six-person design agency in Fremantle. The director wrote twelve client updates by hand every Friday. The plan put that job first, and an AI helper now drafts each update from the studio’s project board. The director adds a personal line and sends them, and the twelve take under an hour. The updates still can’t say if a job is over budget, because hours live in a separate app that isn’t connected yet. Read the Saltbush Studio story.

We also work with a community food relief charity whose coordinator lost close to a week each quarter turning three volunteer spreadsheets into a funder report. The plan put the numbers first and left the stories about the people they help to the staff. Now the first draft takes about a day. Read the grant report story.

Your plan lists jobs like these in order, with the Google apps each one touches, what a person still checks, and the package that covers it.

When a Google Workspace plan is the right call, and when it isn’t

It suits you if most of your work already lives in Gmail, Drive, Docs, and Sheets. Your plan can start without moving anything.

If half your business runs on other tools, such as Shopify, Xero, or a booking system, the plan will cover connecting your tools (the industry calls it data pipelines) too. And if your Drive is a maze of old shared folders, the first step may be a tidy-up rather than AI. We’ll say so.

FAQs

Common questions

Do I need to change from Google Workspace to use AI?
No. Your plan starts from the tools you already pay for. Google Workspace holds your email, files, and spreadsheets in one place, which makes it a good base for AI.
Isn't Gemini already my AI plan?
Gemini is one tool your plan may use. A plan decides which jobs AI takes on, in what order, and where a person stays in charge. Sometimes that's Gemini inside Gmail, and sometimes it's an AI helper (the industry calls it an agent) that runs a job each week on its own.
How long does a plan take?
The free AI Starter Plan takes one conversation. You tell the AI about your business, your goals, and where your week goes, and you get a plan for where to start. If you want us to go deeper with you, that's part of a package.
What will the plan tell me not to do?
It names jobs that aren't worth handing to AI yet. That's often anything that touches a client complaint, a hard money decision, or a story your team wants to tell in their own words.
Will you look at my files?
Only what's needed to understand the job, and only with your say-so. Your data stays yours, and nothing gets connected until you agree to it.
