Machine learning

Machine learning is how a computer learns patterns from lots of past examples, so it can make a good guess about the next one. Nobody writes a rule for every case. The computer works the rules out from the data. It's the idea underneath the AI tools you already use, like the spam filter in your inbox or the product picks on a Shopify store. For a small team, you rarely build machine learning yourself. You use it inside tools such as Claude or ChatGPT, and we set those up around the work you already do. The catch is that it only knows what it has seen. If your past data is thin or messy, its guesses will be too, so a person still checks anything that matters.
