What Kajabi is
Kajabi is a platform for people who teach online. It holds your courses, coaching programs, communities, and memberships, along with your sales pages, checkout, and email. Plenty of coaches and course creators run their whole business from it with one or two people.
Kajabi is good at delivering a course and taking payment for it. It doesn’t answer your students for you, and it doesn’t know which question in the community needs you and which is covered in lesson four.
How a small team uses it with AI
We work with a two-person online course business that teaches bookkeeping. Its 400 students asked the same questions in the community again and again, and the founders answered about 120 a week. We set up an AI helper (the industry calls it an agent) that answers from the course material and links the lesson that covers the question. The founders now answer about 20 a week. An AI helper now gathers them into one list each morning, sorts course questions from coaching enquiries, and drafts a first reply. Where Kajabi falls short
Kajabi doesn’t open every part of your account to outside tools, so some connections need a workaround, and we tell you which ones before we start. The AI helper also only knows what’s in your course. If a lesson is out of date, its answers will be too, so keeping the course current is still your job.
