Risk assessment automation

Risk assessment automation means using software or AI to spot and flag possible problems in your work, so a person can decide what to do. Banks use it on millions of transactions. In a small team, the risks look different, like a volunteer without a current check, a client contract that's about to renew, or a salon client with an allergy note. We work with a solo brow and lash artist where an AI helper (the industry calls it an agent) answers price and availability questions in Instagram messages. Anything about allergies or skin goes straight to the artist. That's risk assessment built into the setup. AI can flag a risk, but it can't weigh it for you, so the decision stays with a person.
