Digital product development

Digital product development means creating something digital that customers use or pay for. That might be an app, a member area, an online course, a template shop, or a booking tool. For many small businesses, the digital product grows from what they already do. A bookkeeping coach turns workshops into a Kajabi course. A design agency turns its client onboarding into a portal. The work covers the idea, design, build, launch, and ongoing care. AI can help at several points, from drafting course content to answering student questions. We work with a two-person online course business where an AI helper answers student questions from the course material, and the founders now answer about 20 a week instead of 120.
