Digital operations

Digital operations means running the daily work of your business through online tools that share information. Orders flow into stock counts, bookings flow into rosters, and invoices flow into your accounts without anyone retyping them. The aim is fewer manual steps and fewer mistakes. We work with an animal rescue with one paid coordinator and 45 volunteers. The weekly roster used to be built by hand from texts. Now an AI helper collects availability, drafts the roster, and messages the gaps, so the roster takes an hour instead of an evening. The coordinator still makes the final call on who handles new animals, because that needs knowledge of each volunteer that no tool has.
