Digital experience platform (DXP)

A digital experience platform, or DXP, is software that manages everything a customer sees online, like your website, app, emails, and content, from one place. Big brands use them to show different pages to different visitors and keep everything consistent. For a small business, a full DXP is far more than you need. Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, and Kajabi already cover the website, store, and content in one place, and tools like Klaviyo handle personalised emails. The same ideas still apply on a small scale. Keep your brand consistent, show returning customers something relevant, and make it easy to book or buy. Start with the tools you have before adding another platform.
