Data analytics

Data analytics means looking at your numbers to answer a business question. Which products sell best? Which days need extra staff? Which marketing brings real customers? For a cafe, it might show that catering orders earn more per hour than counter sales. For a coach, it might show which free webinar leads to the most paid clients. Most small businesses already have the data in tools like Square, Shopify, or Xero. The hard part is getting it out, putting it together, and finding time to look. AI can pull the numbers and write a plain summary each week. It's good at the counting. You bring the context, like a public holiday or a supplier running late.
