Customer experience (CX)

Customer experience, often called CX, is the sum of every contact a customer has with your business. That includes finding you, asking a question, booking or buying, the service itself, and what happens after. Small teams often have an edge here, because customers deal with the owner and the people who care. The weak spots are usually slow replies and things forgotten when everyone's busy. A wedding venue taking three days to send a quote loses couples to faster venues. The Orchard Barn now sends quotes within a day using an AI helper, and its events manager still calls every couple before booking. AI can speed up the routine parts so the personal parts get more of your time.
