Cloud managed services

Cloud managed services means paying a provider to look after your online tools for you each month. They handle updates, backups, security settings, new staff logins, and fixing things when they break. Big companies have IT departments for this. Small teams usually have the owner, who does it late at night when something stops working. A managed service takes that job away. For a small agency, it might mean someone else sets up each new starter's email, drive access, and project board, and removes it when they leave. Pick a provider who explains what they do in plain words, shows you a monthly summary, and leaves your data in your own accounts.
