Business intelligence

Business intelligence, or BI, means bringing your numbers together into reports and dashboards you can read quickly. Instead of logging into five tools, you see sales, bookings, and costs in one place. Big companies buy large BI systems. Small teams usually need one clear weekly report. We work with a four-person social media agency that built 18 monthly client reports by hand from Meta and Instagram numbers, which took two full days a month. Now the reports pull the numbers and draft the commentary, and the job takes half a day. The account lead still writes the strategy notes, because that's the part clients pay for and the part AI can't judge.
